peek inside my “office” (+ why small steps matter) (#402)
Two days a week I work from home. But the other three? My “office” is Mox.E Coworking, my neighborhood “second home.” Since I’m all about keeping things intentionally small and sustainable, I wanted to share a peek at my minimalist workspace:
This colorful keyboard cover not only brightens my day (because who says productivity can’t look good?), but also helps me type quietly, and keeps crumbs away — a triple win!
My “The Juggle is Real” sticker, designed by my awesome graphic designer Allice, perfectly sums up the #sidehustlelife and reminds me I’m not alone in the juggle. 😅
That trusty notebook on the side - because even with all our digital tools, sometimes pen and paper are essential for brainstorming and planning. Fun fact: I’ve been bullet journaling since the pandemic, and I love it.
MOFT laptop stand (not pictured), is a lightweight attachable stand that helps me raise my laptop for a more comfortable working posture.
My favorite part about this setup? It proves you don’t need a lot of tools to make progress. It’s not about the perfect setup or waiting for a 2-hour deep work session. It’s about making the most of what you have, where you are:
Sometimes that’s at a coworking space.
Sometimes it’s working in an Uber while I go to pick up grandma’s prescriptions.
Sometimes it’s just me and my phone during a quick break.
But it all counts. Every 15-minute block moves us forward.

Speaking of small pockets… lemme tell you about my newest 5-minute habit! I wanted to move more but didn’t want to commit to a full workout plan. So I took a baby step—just 5 minutes of HIIT with the Down Dog app, right after I make my bed (habit stacking for the win!). It’s quick, customizable (love the voice and music options!), and already making a difference. It’s easy to commit to, and I’m already feeling the impact. 5 minutes > 0, amirite?
