Crushing it - on your own terms, at your own pace (#411)
Editor Note: I thought I clicked schedule on this and apparently didn’t. Thanks Julie for messaging me! 😘
The juggle is real folks!

Ever have one of those days where even posting on social media feels like a huge win?
Same.
We’re constantly surrounded by stories of how someone built a 6-figure business in 6 months. And if we’re not careful, it can make us feel some kinda way.
I know I’ve been there. When my guard is down and the mind gunk is swirling, I start comparing and thinking I should be further along.
But then I pause and remember: yes, some folks are posting daily, launching constantly, and seemingly “crushing it.” But there’s also us.
Squeezing in 30 minutes here and there for our side hustle.
Doing what we can between meetings, caregiving, day jobs, and just… life.
We’re also crushing it! 💪🏾
I wrote about this on LinkedIn and it resonated with lots of people:
One person shared the victory of finally hitting “submit” on a clunky application.
Another celebrated moving forward despite obstacles.
Someone else emphasized honoring their own pace…
✨ This is the real magic.
Not 6 figures in 6 months. Not posting 10 times a day.
It’s the quiet courage of continuing.
Even when it’s hard. Even when no one is clapping.
So if you’re moving slow? That’s okay. (I am too.)
You’re building something amazing on your own terms.

We’re not behind.
We’re building. At our own pace.
With care. With intention. With heart.
Together. 💖

👩🏾🏫. Productivity hacks from fictional characters. Who says Iron Man can’t teach us a thing or two? “Just start. Perfection comes later. Or never (and that’s okay too).”
Fun fact: The Avengers was the first Marvel movie I saw (yes I like doing things out of order) and I loved it so much that it made me want to watch each character’s origin stories, starting with Tony Stark.
Yes you’re sensing a theme here. You got this. 🤗
