"Find out who you are and do it on purpose." ~Dolly Parton
This week seems like it flew by! Definitely a busy one. I had the opportunity to write a guest blog on 1871 Chicago's site which is so awesome (and it's included in the picks below). I wrote about the workshop I attended at Fear Paradox last weekend and rounded up some of my favorite marketing tools.
I also heard that my workshop last week on making the side hustle leap was one of the highest-rated workshops for the summit (!!!) so that's just really given me so much reassurance and good feelings about the new direction.
The rest of the week I've really been trying to establish some routines. So in the morning, I've been drinking a breakfast shake along with a multi-vitamin before I leave home. This way, when I get to the office I can make coffee and then get to work. In the evenings, I've set a reminder for 9:30 pm to get off the laptop and pick up my Kindle as part of the wind-down for the bed. Both of these routines are helping me feel a bit healthier like I have more energy and a bit more in balance. I'm also working on some digital cleaning and trying to clear some clutter to be more focused all around.
Do you have a morning or evening routine that makes your days better? Hit reply and let me know.
On to the picks for the week!
P.S. I saw Girls Trip last weekend. Raunchy but hilarious with an amazing message. Grab your girls and go see it along with a pear martini! 🍸

Great tips and definitely up my alley. I probably wouldn't do Airplane Mode (too scary) but will definitely use Do Not Disturb mode in the mornings so I can have super productive heads-down time.

Try, a song by Colbie Caillat on Spotify — open.spotify.com
This song has really been a game-changer for me this week: "When you're all alone, by yourself, do you like you...You don't have to try so hard. You don't have to bend until you break. You just have to get up, get up...You don't have to change a single thing."

I used to use this to manage my tasks a long time ago and they have made so many updates to it since then. I've moved my life over there now, creating projects and buckets for the different things in my life and it feels like a solid direction. And you can do a ton with the free account. 👩🏾💻
