"In the end, we'll all become stories." ~Margaret Atwood
While I think my cold went away, it feels like it turned into sinusitis so still feeling a bit under the weather. So continuing to rest and do as much as I can along with reflecting on the year. It has been an interesting one for sure - with a lot of growth, a lot of change and a lot of bad stuff too. When I count it all up, I feel good about the things it taught me but also I really want to see what types of things I can take with me into this new year and decade.
Priorities for me right now are settling into a good routine with the multiple cobbler roles I'm juggling and really thinking through Tech Biz Gurl 2020. Been doing some thinking about who I help and how I help and this is what I have at the moment:
I work with women who like their 9-5 but also want to create an additional income stream doing something they love. I curate the best resources to help them figure out what to do next instead of struggling or feeling overwhelmed with all of the options out there.
What do you think? It's not completely wordsmithed yet but I am feeling really good about this direction. Because it comes naturally to me.
Also as I think more about showing up, video keeps being a whisper in my ear, so I went live (!!) for the first time in my group yesterday. 😱 It was an experience. Not perfect by any means but it wasn't terrible. And the best thing? No one died. 🤓
Have you been doing any reflecting or setting any intentions for 2020? How can I help? Hit reply and lemme know!
On to the picks!

🧰 Notion - my gurl Shenee turned me into this swiss army knife type organizational system. I can take notes, make task lists, plan content, and even use it as a CRM. It's like planning on steroids and so far, it's working really well. The other bonus is that it's really customizable which seems to work well with the different tabs open in my brain.
🧘🏾♀️ Shine -I realized this week that checking my email in bed right after my alarm goes off is not the best way to start my day. 🤷🏾♀️ What has been working for me this week is getting up, showering and getting on my way to work and playing the Daily Shine on my commute. Helps me get into a good zone and mindset for the day.
