#jesspicks - Issue #5
This week continued my antibiotic regimen but I'm all done now! My sore throat is gone and I'm just back to the normal allergy symptoms. All in all, I feel so much better. *cue happy dance*
Not that being sick is ever a good thing, but it has really made me re-focus on self-care. I'm hoping to keep it up now that I'm better. Things like eating breakfast every morning (even if it's cereal - Frosted Flakes ftw), getting off the computer and reading and coloring most nights, and being super duper intentional about the extra things I take on. I'm also trying to be more aware of the times I feel anxious or stressed and figuring out the reason behind it. Baby steps right?
In other news, I'm getting really excited about the idea of having techbizgurl.com really focus in on folks who want to start a side hustle. So I'm brainstorming what that might look like and how to move forward with a plan. Stay tuned!
If you want to start a side hustle or have a side hustle, I would love to know how I can help you or what you are struggling with right now. Hit reply and let me know.
On to the picks for the week!
