"Remember to save some you for you." ~Reyna Biddy
I woke up Sunday morning with a sore throat and all the sniffles - in other words yep the sick monster got me again. 🤧 And Mercury Retrograde. Oy vey. And you know my thoughts on getting sick. It's a reminder to slow down, to rest, to re-prioritize. It also is a good reminder to say yes to things ONLY if they will make me money, make me happy or make me better as my gurl L'Oreal teaches. I realized it is so easy to say no to things when I'm sick so I would love to be able to bring that "no" muscle more into my life when I'm also healthy but you know, work in progress.
Last year, around this time, I made a list of things I wanted to do before the end of the year - including climbing a wall, so I may do that again for this year. Hit me up with any ideas!
How about you? What can you say no to (and even yes to) in order to clear the way for you to be your best self in 2020?
On to the picks!

🤒 Zicam - at least two of my friends told me to but this asap when I got sick. It's zinc so it tastes a bit gross and I think it made me lose my taste (no bueno!), but overall I am feeling much better.
🥰 You! Seriously, thank you for being here, for reading #jesspicks, and for spreading the word. Curating resources every week is a labor of love and it gives me joy to do that for you.
