"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be." ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
This week started out on an awesome front because Monday I was able to share my journey into tech with middle school girls as part of a Startup Spring Break experience. It was a lot of fun and moments like those really help me feel like I'm making an impact on our future generation.
Also to tie in with last week, I wanted to talk more about this negative self-talk and impostor syndrome that a lot of women deal with (including myself), so I wrote a blog post about it (!!) which is included in the picks below.
The highlight of the week though is...drum roll please.... 🥁yesterday I celebrated my 6th blogiversary for techbizgurl.com. YAY!! 🎉 It has been an amazing journey and I couldn't have done it without you. With all my heart, thank you so much. 😘
On to the picks for the week!
P.S. It was way cool to see this Facebook live video of Lea Michele and Darren Criss, forever Rachel and Blaine to me. #gleeunion

GoDaddy Online Bookkeeping — www.godaddy.com
Formerly known as Outright, I use this tool to manage my books for the business. What's great is I can link my bank account and Paypal and it does the rest. I go in every other month or so and make sure my expenses and income are categorized correctly. Also it generates a Schedule C for me which makes it super duper easy to prepare my taxes.
