“Two things you can do when destruction is all around you: Love and Create.” ❤️🩹 ~Desiree Adaway
This week has been so heavy. I hope you can give yourself time and space to take care of yourself. Hug your loved ones. Do things that bring joy.
I know that often, creating and building can be a welcome distraction from the heaviness of the world. So please use this space as you need to.
Or put it on pause until you can come back to it. Either way, I hope you can honor your capacity. Sending love and grace. 💖

🎧. Looking Forward To: Online Business Playground. If you are looking for a way to inject some “fun, freedom, and flow in your business,” Lizzy is running a live round of this course in June (one lesson per day), and I think it’s right on time for me. Get $100 off if you sign up by May 31st.
📺. Watching: The Staircase. A woman is found dead at the bottom of the stairs. The husband said she fell. The police think he killed her. And I still can’t honestly tell you which is correct. I watched the Netflix documentary version first, and now I’m on the HBO Max drama (with Colin Firth and Toni Collette). Are you watching?
📚. Tool: SaneBox. You might love this tool if you find it hard to manage your email. I’ve been using it for over a year, and it helps me focus more on my inbox and schedule times to check out newsletters and stuff that is not as urgent. So give it a try and see how you like it, and you can get $5 off here.

5 Tools Creators Can Use To Show Up Even On The Hard Days — evchapman.medium.com
“At the end of the day showing up is like building a muscle… The more you show up, the more you build the muscle. And the more you build the muscle the easier it becomes to show up.”
Great list. I especially like the suggestion of working overtime on the good days. You can use that momentum to carve some things out for those days you’re not feeling your best. For example, I started on a project this week that had been on my plate. Since I was in the flow, I decided to do as much as I could, so if I’m not able to work on it for the next couple of days, I’ll still be in good shape.
50 Positive Things To Do During Mercury Retrograde — www.thetarotlady.com
We are still dealing with Mercury Retrograde for the next week or so. So here are some things you can do to pass the time.
On my list:
Tying up loose ends and finishing up a project that’s been on my list
