🎧. Listening: Side Hustla! Need some good tunes while you work? I made a playlist for us.
📺. Watching: The Flight Attendant. A girl that drinks a lot wakes up to find the guy next to her dead. Cue all the shenanigans. Highly recommend. I believe season two is out!!
😌. Wearing: The Good Patch. I am a loyal fan of these hemp-infused (or plant-infused) patches. The Calm (when trying not to panic during an emergency) and the Revive versions (when recovering from a night out) are extremely helpful. 10/10 recommend.

The Purpose of Your Life Is to Choose a Lifestyle — medium.com
“Lifestyle design can be as simple as writing down how you want to earn a living, what your hobbies will be, how you’ll spend your money, who you will spend your time with, what you will believe, how you will act, where you will live, and how much time you dedicate towards your family.”
Here’s Your Permission to *Enjoy* Being Bad at Something | Shine — advice.theshineapp.com
“We should revel in the joy of doing things we will never master.”
When was the last time you did something just because you enjoyed it? For me, that’s dancing. I’m terrible at it, but it brings my soul sooo much joy.
Consider this a gentle reminder that you don’t have to a) make money at everything or b) be good at everything. It’s OK to do something just because it’s fun, or it might be fun even if you suck at it. So let’s all chase our joy!
