reflecting on 2024... (#398)

As we wrap up 2024, I’ve started thinking a lot about what this year has taught me - and what being part of this community might have meant for you.

For me, this year has been about learning to honor my capacity, give myself grace, and celebrate the beauty of small, consistent steps. Some days felt like wins—selling a new offer, making progress on a goal, or finding joy in the midst of chaos. Other days were simply about getting through.

If there’s one thing I want to pass on to you this year, it’s this:

✨ You don’t have to do it all.
✨ You get to decide what “success” means to you.
✨ Grace isn’t just for others—it’s for yourself, too.
✨ Even the smallest progress is still progress.

Whether you’re reflecting on the year with pride or relief, I hope you’ll take a moment to celebrate the baby steps you’ve taken, the lessons learned, and the pauses you’ve embraced. Side hustles, careers, and lives all come in different shapes and sizes, and there is no one right way to do it. The how is yours to figure out - and that’s part of the fun.

Thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey this year. I hope this space has brought you moments of clarity, encouragement, and a nudge to keep going - your way.

Here’s to a 2025 filled with ease, intention, and wins (big and small).
