I was featured in the Black Women + Creativity series this week by Unbothered Black Girl Collective. It was interesting talking about creativity because I don't typically think of myself as a creative but I think that's what Kandice's purpose is - shining a light on this topic. Because creativity comes in many shapes and forms. π©πΎβπ¨On the #sidehustle front, it's been a good week to update some pages on my site, I'm most excited about this one. And I've been spending some time reworking my coaching offering. Hoping to roll that out in next week's newsletter. Sneaky peek! π€πΎALSO I TRIED ORANGE THEORY FOR THE FIRST TIME. I went with my gurl Christine and we survived. But OMG the soreness. I did a 2,000 meter row in 12 minutes. Not sure if that was good or bad π€·πΎββοΈ but I definitely got my sweat work in and it was pretty incredible. I could see a fitness regime in the future that may include one of those and maybe a dance workout per week. π€ We'll see...Last not definitely not least, we received one of the videos back from the #FearExperiment show!!!
