How are you feeling? Me, I feel like I'm still processing and figuring stuff out. And trying to be really patient with myself because this election has brought out so many things and made me more aware of things that I may not have paid much attention to in the past. And for that, I'm thankful. Because this outcome, is making us dig deep and really ask ourselves the hard questions: Who am I? What do I stand for? What do I value? And if I'm being honest, I may have to sit with all of this for awhile. And then sit with it some more. Because I feel like at the end of this emotional uncertain road, I'll have a plan for moving forward and a way to do my part in helping the world heal. Next week we celebrate Thanksgiving in the States which makes it a really good time to reflect on the things that we are grateful for. I feel so blessed and grateful for you: for reading my words and sharing with your friends. And replying and letting me know how it's helping you. Those moments mean the world to me. Because I want to do everything in my power to help you succeed with resources and tools and wine (more on that in the picks). :) We are in this together. On to the picks for the week! P.S. I hope you have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving. Hug your loved ones and take time to remember all the good things in your life even in these trying times. xoxo
