This week has been A LOT. So are we in Mercury Retrograde because it feels like it? 🤷🏾♀️Overwhelm is something I think I’ve been feeling for a while, but this week, in particular, it seems to have descended over me like a dark cloud. So I had to prioritize self-care. I colored. I finished my puzzle. I left work early. I slept. I asked for advice and got some great suggestions. And I’m still not all the way there, but I feel better as I close out the week. A lot is going on in my world, calling for me to take a breath and really think about the future. While I don’t have the answers just yet, I think it’s important to open myself up to possibility because that has always served me well.So I think over the next month or three, I will honor that breath, that pause, that inspiration, and see where it leads me. What can you take away from my overwhelm? I get that all of this is super vague, but sometimes I think we get so caught up in these big epiphanies happening that we forget that life is a series of moments — a series of choices. And only by looking back are we able to connect the dots that we couldn’t see at the time.In the meantime, we can trust ourselves and our intuition. And see where there might be opportunities to take baby steps outside of our comfort zones. While it can be super scary, I have never regretted getting out of my comfort zone - even if it wasn’t a great experience. I have learned something, and it has often led me to amazing relationships, opportunities, and joy.The lesson here is to trust yourself. Trust your gut. And be open to where the universe leads you. Sometimes that is the best thing we can do for our future selves. On to the picks!P.S. You got this.P.P.S. I’m off to get shot #2. 🤞🏾 for limited side effects.
