Thank you for helping me experiment with last week’s Inbox AMA session. Those will be fun to do, maybe once or twice a quarter.--I often learn a lesson or two from restorative yoga. As an example, this week, while switching poses during class, our instructor reminded us that we could take our time with our movements. That there was no rush. That we could slowly change positions. The goal wasn’t speed. It was just about taking a moment to be in your body.I think that’s such a good reminder for life and business too. I often want to move as fast as others when working on my business, growing, or even when it comes to creating offers. But it’s so good to remind ourselves that we are not in competition with others. We can move at our own pace. And we each have our own paths. Some decisions work well for others but not for us. Some people love working 10-hour days on their business. Some of us are content with spending 30 minutes a day.And while it can be hard to give yourself permission to go at your own pace when surrounded by so much #hustleporn, I hope you realize that you can. You can do things differently.Slow growth is still growth. You can take your time deciding, building, marketing, and growing. You can take breaks if and when you need to. Streaks are great. But they don’t work for everyone. The goal isn’t speed. It’s about building a business in a sustainable way. There is no rush.On to the picks!P.S. If I were to create a 60-minute training sometime in October, what would you love to see me cover? Reply and let me know.
