As I am getting ready to retire one bullet journal and start another, I have been flipping through to see if there are any notes or tasks I need to move over to the new one.I forgot that on the first page, I had written a list of things that make me happy. It was a list I started during a self-care mini-retreat, and I like always having it with me. Every time I read through it, it makes me smile. Here it is:That first sip of coffeePressing publish on a blog post or scheduling a newsletterFeeling the sun on my faceRAINBOWS (every time I see a rainbow, I consider it a sign of good things to come)ButterfliesDancingAccomplishing a goalIce cream (on any day)Seeing people fall in lovePlaying with a dogMilkshakes (especially if they’re boozy)Family and friend timeTequila shots! Finishing a puzzle and hanging it upHelping someone figure out their next right stepAs we start winding down the year and making plans for 2023, it is a great time to review and reflect. What makes YOU happy? What made you smile this week? You might find a wonderful reminder (as I have) that it’s often the little things. On to the picks! P.S. Fellow iPhone users: This week, I learned that you can mark text messages as unread now?! 😱 Swipe from left to right, and you’ll see it as an option! If you use unread status to highlight messages you need to respond to (like me!), this may be welcome news! (Tip: Sidekick newsletter)
