I've been continuing with side hustle calls this week and I've realized that most people are struggling with either (1) figuring out their next action step ☑️ or (2) figuring out how to get everything done in the limited amount of time that they have. ⏳For #2 I found myself giving similar advice around finding time to work on your side hustle and wanted to share it with you:Be realistic about the time you can spend on your side hustle. This could be 30 minutes a day, 2 hours on the weekends, an hour every other day. Schedule it as "side hustle time" in your calendar.It's important to manage your energy. So think about when you are at your most productive. Most of us are early birds or night owls and schedule your hardest side hustle tasks for that time.Batching is a game changer. So if you know that you have to write 4 blog posts for the month, for example. You can take one block of your side hustle time and bang out drafts of all 4 posts. That way you are already in writing mode and it'll be easier to do one after the other, instead of drafting a blog post, then getting on a phone call for example.Are you struggling with managing your time or productivity in your side hustle?
