“You can have it all. You just can't have it all at once.” 🤹🏾♀️ ~Oprah
Shout out to Constance for buying me coffee this past week! ☕️ Thank you!

I read this in the Be More with Less newsletter this week, and it was so helpful for me to remember this week that I wanted to share it with you.
When your plate is full, you have three choices.
One
Worry about everything on your plate, and complain about how crazy-busy you are. Keep piling on more and more until you burn-out, break-down or somehow finally get through it all and then burn-out and break-down.
Two
Remove something from your plate to make room for something that matters more.
Three
Recognize your plate is full and say no to everything else so you can enjoy and engage in what is right in front of you.
Number one seems to be the way of the world, and it was my default choice until I remembered I had a choice.
You have a choice too.
This week, I found myself stepping away from work when I needed to, asking for an extension on tasks, and being upfront about what I could do. And you know what? People understood, moved timelines, and accepted my limits.
Whatever season you find yourself in right now, I hope you can understand and honor your capacity.
Because you have a choice.
On to the picks!

🎧. Listening: It’s About Damn Time. Lizzo’s latest song slaps. (I think that's the term the cool kids are using.) And yes, it’s been added to our Side Hustla! Playlist.
📺. Watching: tick, tick...BOOM. Finally got around to watching this autobiographical musical about Jon Larson’s race to become successful before his 30th birthday. I can absolutely relate. Highly recommend.
📝. Tool: Jasper. This week, I grabbed a trial of this AI-assisted writing tool. It helped me write the blog post in #reads below, especially the title and intro paragraph, which I found helpful. Do you use one of these? Is it helpful?
