“I honor my progress today and every day.” That was the ending mantra in Thursday’s Daily Shine. And I can’t tell you how much I needed to hear that message.Often we get to the end of the day and focus on the things we could not check off our to-do list. And maybe even beat ourselves up about it. This mantra encourages us to celebrate what we accomplished. No matter how big or small. Here are a few things I’m happy to have done this week:👩🏾🏫 Led an #IamRemarkable workshop hosted by Mox.E Chicago🧹 Did some digital organization and cleaned up my emails and bookmarks. 📧 Unsubscribed to a bunch of newsletters that no longer serve me.🙅🏾♀️ Said no to a few opportunities that I probably would have said yes to in the past.😴 Went to bed around 9 pm each night to give me more time to rest. What’s on this week’s done list for you? What progress can you honor and celebrate? On to the picks!P.S. Is there a question I can answer for you in an upcoming issue of #jesspicks? Hit reply and let me know. I think it could be fun to do an “Ask Jess” column of sorts. ❓
