"...You're not alone in this story's pages."The last few days, this song by Sarah has been playing on a loop in my head, because it feels like the world is on fire.March (and possibly April) is effectively cancelled as companies, institutions and schools are hunkering down and closing in the name of social distance. Wherever you fall on the spectrum, whether you are at an extreme anxiety level, or not super worried, your feelings are valid.I think I'm somewhere in the middle and trying to continue to do what I need to do while managing my anxiety levels which are up and down. I know that many of you are trying to do the same so I've included a few resources below that I've seen in the past few days which may be helpful to you.
