We have a President-Elect and a Black woman VP-Elect!! 🙌🏾 I have to say, once I heard the news, I let go of a breath I didn't realize I had been holding for what seemed like years.It is so great to have hope and optimism again and I'm looking forward to them taking office.And sure it's not over yet, so we all need to continue to rest, take care of ourselves and find joy where we can (I'm personally excited to try these).I have felt lighter this week in some ways yet exhausted in others. So thankful that I work with awesome folks who allow me to honor that and take breaks when I need to. I hope you are able to do the same.Earlier this week, for our Lighthouse Squad mastermind group, I led a teaching session and shared some of the lessons and tips I've learned running #jesspicks over the years.
